Grape / Caramel / Tropical
Founded in 1985, the Dona Fica Farm is named after producer Nixer Ordoñez’s grandmother, Feliciana Díaz. Located in the Ayuyos region of Peru, about 20 minutes from the Amazon, the farm sits at an average altitude of 1,800 meters. Its sandy alluvial soils provide an ideal microclimate for coffee cultivation. After careful harvesting, the coffee undergoes 30 hours of fermentation. The beans are then separated from their husks, washed with clean water, and slowly dried over approximately 28 days.
This limited-production coffee features bright acidity with flavors of grape, caramel, and tropical fruits. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy it!
