Honey / Blueberry / Jammy

La Colina, which translates to "The Hill" in our language, was inherited by farm owner Tony Medina from his father. Tony, who for a long time only produced corn and beans, planted his first coffee tree in 1991. In his 27-year farming career, he has only produced Caturra coffee.
And because it produces Bourbon type coffee, we see that it has made progress in both types. As a result, we get consistent, satisfying and complex results in the cup. On the nose, it offers aromas of chocolate and fresh honey, while providing a jammy taste with blueberry acidity and taste notes. This coffee with vibrant characteristics is available in limited quantities at Petras.
