Coming from the village of Tuiboch in Guatemala's Huehuetenango region, this coffee is grown at an average altitude of 1,700 meters and beautifully reflects a terroir full of character. In 2010, the region's producers came together under the umbrella of the Asodiet cooperative, and today Asodiet has become far more than a production hub — a space where knowledge is shared and collective growth is nurtured. While quality rises steadily through training programs and agricultural support, the small roasting facility they established allows producers to accompany their coffee through to its final touch. In this way, a new area of production and employment is also born within the community. In the cup, the reward for all this effort presents itself as calm and clean, yet full of character. The bright acidity brought by the washed process combines with the gentle sweetness of hazelnut and vanilla. Enjoy!

Region: Huehuetenango | A prestigious coffee-growing region in western Guatemala, renowned for coffees distinguished by their vibrant acidity, complex fruity aromas, and sweet, balanced finish.

Variety: Bourbon, Caturra & Catuai | Among the best-known Arabica varieties, standing out for their high quality potential and complex flavor profile.

Process: Washed | A processing method in which the coffee cherry is stripped of its skin and pulp, then fermented and washed, yielding a clean and bright cup profile.

Harvest Year: 2025 | Sourced directly from our partner farms from the 2025 harvest.

Altitude: 1,500–1,900 masl | The elevation at which the coffee is grown. Generally, the higher the altitude, the more slowly the coffee matures — contributing to more pronounced acidity, more intense aroma, and more complex flavor profiles.
